Phi Unit Research Partners Inc is a private corporation that builds AI software for the mortgage industry. We do business under the trade name “Phi Unit.” Ava is our flagship product.
What Ava does
Ava is an AI SMS assistant for mortgage brokers. When a consumer fills out a mortgage inquiry on a broker client’s lead form (a website form, Meta lead ad, or similar), Ava replies by text within seconds, answers basic pre-qualification questions, and sends a scheduling link for a consultation with the broker. Every message identifies the broker the consumer signed up with.
How the SMS model works
Phi Unit Research Partners Inc operates the toll-free number used to send Ava’s messages. We are the registered sender of record. We send messages on behalf of mortgage broker clients (each, a “Broker”) under written agreement with each Broker. Consumers opt in to SMS by checking a clearly worded consent box on the Broker’s lead form, which links to our Privacy Policy and these Terms before any message is sent.
We treat customer-care follow-up as the only purpose of messages on this number. We do not send marketing or promotional content to consumers who have not requested it. STOP and HELP keywords are honored on every message.
